Clean Curbside Etiquette
To help our drivers safely and efficiently empty your container, please follow these basic guidelines on your collection day:
- Placement: Set your cart out by 6:00 AM on your scheduled service day, or the night before.
- Position: Place the cart within 3 feet of the curb with the handle and wheels facing your home.
- Clearance: Keep the cart at least 3 feet away from parked cars, mailboxes, trees, and other trash containers so our automated truck arms can safely reach it.
- Containment: Ensure all trash is securely bagged and the cart lid is completely closed to prevent litter from blowing away.
